2. Information We Collect

• Name, email, WhatsApp number, city, PIN code, date of birth, gender, likes/dislikes and meet preferences.
• Sathiyas only: address, live location at registration, photo, Government ID (KYC) and bank details for payouts.
• Device, IP address, approximate location and usage data. We never collect card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

• Service delivery and matching
• Identity and age verification
• Payment verification and payouts
• Safety, fraud prevention and legal compliance
• Support and service updates

4. Photo Privacy

Original photos of Sathiyas are never shown to Clients. Only blurred or AI-generated images are displayed. Originals are stored privately and accessible only to the Sathiya and authorised verification staff.

5. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only with service providers under confidentiality, payment processors, and government or law enforcement when required by law.

6. Security & Retention

We use encryption in transit, access controls and role-based permissions. No system is 100% secure. Data is kept while your account is active, deleted or anonymised within 90 days of deletion, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. up to 8 years for financial records).

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing Support@Esathiyaa.Com. We respond within 30 days. E-Sathiya is not for anyone under 18.
