Refund Policy

1. Guaranteed Refund — No-Show or No Meeting

• If the Sathiya does not meet you, or no meeting is scheduled after your payment, you get a guaranteed full refund.
• Condition: you must email Support@Esathiyaa.Com within 10 minutes of the scheduled meeting start time, with your registered email, booking date and payment UTR.
• Claims received after 10 minutes of the start time may not be eligible.
• Verified refunds are processed within 7 working days.

2. Cancellation by Client

• 24+ hours before the meet: 100% refund.
• 12–24 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 12 hours before, or Client no-show: no refund.

3. Cancellation by Sathiya

If a Sathiya cancels a confirmed booking, the Client receives a 100% refund or a free reschedule, as preferred.

4. No Refund Situations

• The meet was stopped by the Sathiya due to the Client's misbehaviour, disrespect, sexual remarks or breach of Terms.
• The Client requested activities outside the Terms (private venue, dating, romance or unlawful acts).
• Payment made outside the Platform or directly to a Sathiya.
• Change of mind after the meet has started.

5. Sathiya Membership — Non-Refundable

Membership fees (₹299 for 6 months, ₹499 for 1 year) are strictly non-refundable for any reason, including change of mind, no bookings, KYC rejection due to false documents, suspension or voluntary discontinuation.

6. Payment Disputes

We do not store card or UPI credentials and are not responsible for errors by banks or payment apps. False chargebacks will lead to account termination and recovery action.
